A nice host family is looking for a young female person to take care of their two 8 and 13 years old children.

It is important that the au pair assists them with taking care of their children and with household chores while they are at work. According to the basic principles of au pairing, an au pair supports a host family with the daily duties at home. The Host family prefers responsible au pair. As they are leaving in their hands their most precious treasure, namely their kids.

-Duties

As an au pair you will have the following duties: 

  • looking after the children and minding them
  • going out and playing with them
  • washing the children's clothes and ironing them
  • preparing breakfast and light meals for them
  • accompanying them to the nursery/school or to specific activities
  • cleaning the house and keeping it tidy
  • watching the house
  • taking care of the pets

Britain has a rich and fascinating history dating back to around 6500BC, and all over Britain you’ll find monuments marking its history – from Stonehenge to Buckingham Palace. -Requirements

Everybody is eligible, but the program is highly beneficial for those studying a degree related to teaching. Previous work experience in the same field is considered an advantage. References are required.

-Curriculum Activities

You can spend your leisure time as you love. You will find many leisure activities such as cinemas, shopping places, restaurants and bars. The bond with your host family can last a lifetime, and you'll be able to create many fond memories together. You’ll participate in family activities, share meals and experience family life in another culture. Also you will make friends with other au pairs and people spending your free time discovering new host community.

Your daily duties and a working day may differ from one family to the other according to the life style of the host family.
