With roots dating back to 1499, the University of Valencia is located in the Spanish city of Valencia. It’s one of the oldest surviving universities in Spain and is one of the country’s leading institutions. With around 55,000 students, it’s a large university.The University of Valencia offers undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD programmes within a wide variety of subjects, including: architecture and design, gaming and animation, business and technology, law, engineering, international relations, tourism and criminology.Students can access smart laboratories, a comprehensive library, and a legal clinic where students can use real cases, which are submitted by collaborating non-profit organisations through pro bono lawyers, to practise the skills they are learning in the classroom.There is also a dental clinic, which provides students with real, practical experience before they enter the professional world.
