The Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (https://www.pucp.edu.pe/) is the oldest private university in Peru, founded in 1917 by the priest Jorge Dintilhac. It reaches its centenary occupying the first place in the national sphere and one of the first positions in Latin America.This positioning is a recognition of the quality of its teaching, research, social responsibility, contribution to culture, and undeniable academic and institutional leadership, possible thanks to the permanent effort of our entire university community.The PUCP offers 52 majors spread over our 16 faculties. In addition, have a Business School called Centrum PUCP (https://centrum.pucp.edu.pe/) where a large amount of valuable postgraduate programs are taught.The PUCP offers to its entire community and foreign students the possibility of internationalizing their university and research experiences through its programs and agreements with educational institutions in different countries.The PUCP's goal is to promote research activities to generate new knowledge, technological development and provide solutions to problems and questions of a scientific nature. For this reason, it promotes quality research at all levels of academic training, from general studies to postgraduate studies. It has more than 22 research centers and laboratories.
